A PXC cluster can be paused to save CPU and RAM resources. Please follow the upstream documentation. Put pause: true in values-pxc-db.yaml or values-pxc-db-$ENVIRONMENT.yaml.
Be aware that local disk volumes will be deleted on worker node deletion.
